He spoke with us prior to beginning the work to see if we had any questions or concerns. He also went over the project details before beginning and answered any questions we had. My installer, Christopher Tessmer, was a persistent, conscientious worker. He was a problem solver and had to think on his feet. He was honest about any challenges he encountered. As a result, I have a beautiful and functional bathroom and shower. The whole team was professional and knowledgeable from salesman to plumbers to installers.
