Ian was our installer. He did a fantastic job. Our bathroom is fabulous. Because I wasn't home, my husband called me at work and Ian gave descriptions of everything and made sure I knew where things were going in, soap dishes,, etc.. When I got.home everything was perfect!! Going that extra mile to make sure the customer is happy and my bathroom wasn't an entire mess when he was done. I was amazed that no cleanup was needed. We didn't even need to repaint anything.

The salesman Mike Schipkowski was very pleasant to deal with. He explained the process and the product along with different options but allowed us to decide what we wanted without any high pressure sales pitch. We were very comfortable with the sales process.
