            First, the expectations set by the sales team were not delivered. I was told that my mother’s shower could be installs in one day and that they would make her job a priority, and could be scheduled for a couple of weeks in the future.             Just had Bath Fitter take out old tub and install a stand-up shower. They said it would take two days and it did. Very pleased on how the install went. Everything works including the hot water. I would recommend them if you are converting from tub to shower.

            6 years ago I had my shower/both combo redone by Bathfitter, Greeenfield, MA. I loved, loved it and still do. It is easy to clean, a simple wipedown after each shower and it glistens. Today I had to call due to the shower and tub running at the same time. Within an hour the owner sent Stewart over and in less than a half hour, it was fixed.
