Sloppy work with defective materials. I spent a lot of money to have them redo a shower. The floor has cracked twice! This so-called improvement was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

Basically the same materials you could pick up at Home Depot for half the price. Used bath fitter because I didn't have time to deal with the installation myself. Huge mistake. Terrible support after the sale. Our tub liner developed a white discoloration near the drain shortly after installation. They sent someone out to look at it while I was at work who refused to honor the warranty, and told my wife "Your husband must have poured paint down the drain."
