Everyone was great to work with. Very accommodating. Stewart was the best. Very professional. He listens to everything I wanted to do and went above and beyond when I asked for something outside of what his specific job was. He gave my house a new shower upstairs. Work was fast, efficient, clean. Give them a chance. They will not disappoint you.

Stuart and his co-workers were very fast and efficient completing the work in one day. Cleaned up their mess and shower has a very clean finish. Very pleased with their service and would highly recommend. Very nice. After the worker left, the downstairs apartment experienced leaks from the newly installed shower. Tim, sales rep, and Chris, installer, were total professionals in creating the appropriate tub design and installation of our walk in shower. The design incorporated elements recommended by an ADA designer for my husband’s mobility issues. Chris was awesome in placing all elements appropriate to my husband’s needs. He now loves the shower! My Bath Fitter tub-to-shower conversion exceeded my expectations. I am especially appreciative of the Bath Fitter staff who helped design and install the upgrades: Tim, Stuart, and Chris.
