            First, the expectations set by the sales team were not delivered. I was told that my mother’s shower could be installs in one day and that they would make her job a priority, and could be scheduled for a couple of weeks in the future. When the office called to schedule, they attempted to have it installed in six weeks, so over a month in the future.             Just had Bath Fitter take out old tub and install a stand-up shower. They said it would take two days and it did. Very pleased on how the install went. Everything works including the hot water. I would recommend them if you are converting from tub to shower.
