We are so happy our new showers installed by Rich & his teammate. They arrived promptly, and protected our hardwood floors by covering them. I absolutely love the brushed nickel showers and fixtures. I rec’v instructions on care of the showers and other things I need to know, after the 2nd shower installation. Bathroom Pros did a great job with my remodel tub to walk in shower. Very professional, very easy to work with. The salesman Tom, wasn't pushy and fun to work with. The guys that did the work had great work ethics, worked well together, polite and cleaned up as they continued to complete the job in just a little over 6 hours. I highly recommend them!

Needed to convert my bathroom due to someone in my house having a permanent motion disability. The teams that did the work did an excellent job at a speed and quality that was to be expected for this kind of job. The entire staff through the process were excellent to work with and provided great customer service (Thom from Sales also Hayley and Larry from Operations). Bathroom Pros renovated the 1960 pink bathroom before I moved into my new house. I told the salesman what I wanted and he came up with some additional (better) ideas, took pictures, and turned project over to the planning department. They came out and made sure that their work up met my requirements. Basically, tub was removed and replaced with a 36" wide walk-in shower with sliding glass doors with 3 grab bars in the shower.
