            Our initial experience a year ago with Bathroom Pros was frankly awful. The customer service we received when our bathroom was installed poorly was disappointing (and we’re still paying for it!). We had to reach out to them this year because the shower handle broke and it’s under a lifetime warranty. I learned that they now have a new service manager, Mike, who is doing his best to rectify the subpar and rude service that was given before he joined.
