There was a miscommunication between myself and the salesman. A flat white acrylic was installed instead of the subway tile in my shower stall. When I realized they were putting up the wrong product, they stopped immediately and said "don't worry" we want you to be happy. They ordered the subway tile, with no additional cost to me, and installed it. I LOVE my shower. I highly recommend this company. They actually do care and want to make the customer happy. Very professional.

An absolutely BEAUTIFUL shower installation! Meticulously done in 5 hours. An outstanding team removed my old tile standing shower which at 30+ years old was falling apart. They replaced the underlying sheet rock and put in the floor-to-ceiling, acrylic, custom-measured shower stall that I designed with their sales representative only 3 weeks ago. Let me just say if I could leave 10 Stars I would. They were on time, VERY VERY Kind, professional, DEPENDABLE, reliable, gracious, very respectful and Friendly. They came with a positive attitude and worked with a positive attitude and such experts. We ran into some trouble when they started working and we had to get our insurance involved and worse, we had to stop renovations. I had Bathroom Pros remove a steel tub and tile walls/ceiling, replacing everything with a beautiful, easy to clean acrylic bath system. They also installed vinyl flooring, trim, and a new vanity with granite countertop.
