Facts of the matter : My disabled friend paid $12755 September 2023. Job was never done. Refund requested & ignored. So went to NJ superior Court. Mediated November 2024. Payment was to be received by December 21st 2024. Never received ! Thus Bathroom pros is in default. Shame on them !!
Overall just not happy with the project.
Looking back now it was way overpriced for the size of the wet area that where the tub was installed. I was also informed to demo parts ( did it myself to save a whooping $750 ) of the wall and floor that do not need to be touched. They also did not replace the subfloor under the tub like I was told they would either. They didnt know I did the demo myself ( even though a conversation was video taped agreeing to the project ) and then told me they weren't... Read more
Bath pros of Tom’s river job was completed but shower doors not installed. Then never answer phone or return messages. Also don’t finance with them then get the full amount of job before starting and then ignore your calls.
