Bathroom Pros ruined my home! After partially installing the shower in my upstairs master bedroom, the shower flooded my floor and caused SEVERE water damage to the point of having to rip out walls in two rooms, replace ceilings in three rooms, and redo the flooring in my entire first floor! I called them repeatedly to come fix the damage and finish the install of the shower and they have yet to do so! This led to mold and I had to get a remediation company to fix this as well! I would have given Bathroom Pros a 5 starr rating if it wasn't for sales manager gregg griffin. When gregg came to our house he was very accommodating to our situation. He gregg said Bathroom Pros would install vanity, medicine cabinet,lights and flooring if we supplied the items. When I scheduled our installation with Katie I asked her if it was really no charge.
