They took everything down to the studs. They were very neat, worked hard, kept us informed, made sure things were installed to our requests (shelves, shower head height, etc).             I had my bathroom done in 2022 which came out beautiful. This week we had a leak coming from ceiling through a light fixture. We called home warranty who sent out a plumber. He found that the upstairs tub had a crack in it (for unknown reasons, mayb tub quality is cheap) that was leaking downstairs and suggested we call bathroom pros who placed the tub initially as they should have a warranty on installation.
