Kerri was an excellent, knowledgable, non-pushy salesperson. We were allowed to have time to seek other quotes and visit showroom of Bathroom Pros without be told we would loose price if not purchased on initial visit. We look forward to our tub to shower conversation with the engineered stone shower base! Thank you again Kerri for your patience with us preparing the project hoping the final is result is just as good😊

Mike (the design consultant) explained everything very clearly and helped me to choose the best product and colors for my shower. Everything was settled in less than 2 hours. I can’t wait to see the transformation!

The installers were professional and courteous. They explained everything that was to be done and than done. They also cleaned up when the job was over. And made sure at the final inspection when everything was complete that everything was good. Overall 5 stars all around.
