Mike was out to our home today and worked with us on replacing a walk in shower in the master bathroom and replacing the toilet. He explained everything thoroughly and worked with us on a price in our budget. Looking forward to the install. Good experience!!

Our initial experience a year ago with Bathroom Pros was frankly awful. The customer service we received when our bathroom was installed poorly was disappointing (and we’re still paying for it!). We had to reach out to them this year because the shower handle broke and it’s under a lifetime warranty.
