Bathroom Pros sent a representative to come to my elderly parent’s house on 12/19/2025 to review the bathroom and provide a quote. The man came in and took measurements and advised that I will hear from Dawn soon. I sent two emails and a text message waiting for an estimate. To date, I have not received an estimate or any contact from Bathroom Pros. I am not sure if this was because of the Veteran’s Affairs HISA requirements or not.
