Right after installation, I had to have their shower head replaced then it broke again. I bought my own from Lowe’s. It’s been over a year, and all of the caulk is now coming loose. The shelves are starting to fall, and I don’t even feel like dealing with them because replacing the shower head was an ordeal. I’ll fix it myself, but way overpriced for poor quality and customer service. And yes, I took care of cleaning as instructed.
Edward was very easy to work with, honest, and extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough.
