Our shower was installed in 2022. It's 2024 and we just discovered that it had been leaking, apparently for quite some time. I called on a Tuesday. Angelo was here on Thursday. Joe came for our appointment on time which I appreciate. He explained the process, assessed and measured my bathroom and ask me about what I wanted and expected from this project. He then showed me the product samples for me to select which would look best in my bathroom. He was able to answer the questions I had and was very patient.
So far, I am pleased how this is going. Hopeful that the installation will be as smooth.
