            If I could give no stars I would. $800 shower head cracked after year and a half. Was told by the salesperson it would be covered and bathroom pros would come out no charge. $85 to come and look at it and not even something they cover. I have to go through the manufacturer. Wasted 4 DAYS waiting for a call back and still have a shower head that leaks when you turn it on. Will never use again.

            Had a great experience with bathroom pros. Very friendly and helpful did a great job with the rip out and instalation was great and they cleaned up after everyday they were here. I recommend this place to anyone looking to have there bathroom done call you won't be sorry. And lastly communication was great.

            Ken and Tony did a great job with the installation. Very professional and respectful of my home. Cleaned up after the job was completed. Answered all of my questions and installed a toilet, sink and mirror as part of the project. Very pleased eith the outcome. Thanks Bath Pros.

            The installers were great. But communication from the office could be better. Then I recommended them to a neighbor and they sent a guy and he was so rude. If they sent him to me I would have never done the job.
