Just purchased a bath to shower conversion and I cannot wait to have it installed! The representative, Patrick Nevins, was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable, considerate and worked with our budget! So excited!
If I could give no stars I would. $800 shower head cracked after year and a half. Was told by the salesperson it would be covered and bathroom pros would come out no charge. $85 to come and look at it and not even something they cover. I have to go through the manufacturer. Wasted 4 DAYS waiting for a call back and still have a shower head that leaks when you turn it on. Will never use again.
