There was a miscommunication between myself and the salesman. A flat white acrylic was installed instead of the subway tile in my shower stall. When I realized they were putting up the wrong product, they stopped immediately and said "don't worry" we want you to be happy.
They ordered the subway tile, with no additional cost to me, and installed it. I LOVE my shower. I highly recommend this company. They actually do care and want to make the customer happy. Very professional.
