I have paid 50% of the advance and cancelled the contract within 3 days. It is been 2 months and this company didn't return my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
The sales lady messed up and didn’t put our shower seat on contract so we didn’t get it, when I called about it they blamed it on me , The sales manager never called to to try and see if they can do anything, they just blamed it on me for not Catching it on contract. Not professional . The Only thing good I can say about them Was the Installer did a Really Good Job . I give Him 5 stars , and the Sales Department 1 star
I had a great experience with Bathroom Pros. Scotty walked through all the options for my tub replacement and made things clear and easy. The installers did great work, and went above and beyond to keep things clean, for a beautiful new tub/shower!
