Jon - service manager- was terrific! He replaced the shelf that fell off as well as the other one that was going to fall off eventually. He also looked at the other bathroom shelves that was done by your company to make sure they were done correctly and secured. We could not have asked for a better person to do this job. We highly recommend him. He is courteous and knowledgeable and took pride in his work.
