            There was a miscommunication between myself and the salesman. A flat white acrylic was installed instead of the subway tile in my shower stall. When I realized they were putting up the wrong product, they stopped immediately and said "don't worry" we want you to be happy. They ordered the subway tile, with no additional cost to me, and installed it. I LOVE my shower. I highly recommend this company. They actually do care and want to make the customer happy. Very professional.

            If you are considering a bathroom makeover, there is no better choice then this company. From the initial moment of contact with Jen, we were met with caring and professionalism. The initial inspection went as planned, with arrival times as promised, and then on the day before the work was to take place, we received a confirmation call advising of the expected arrival time.
