Jon the the service manager came out and did an excellent job repairing my shower shelf. He has come out in the past to address any issues that I have. What I appreciate about Jon is his quick response when I call and he always puts me on his calender for the next available date,which is always within a few days. He is courteous and professional.
Bathroom Pros did a great job removing our old tub and giving us a beautiful new low profile walk-in shower. The install team of Roberto and Rudy were fantastic, really nice guys that did such a professional job. All done in one day. Already received compliments from family members that have seen it. So happy we chose them, looks great.
Jon and Pat were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They changed a gasket on my faucet, no charge. They walked me through everything to ensure the repair was to my satisfaction.
