Very professional from start to
finish. Great communication throughout the process. The installation was perfect with the on time arrival and the excellent job on the cleanup.
Sales: good sales representative however, having to sign up that day or loose the sales price doesn’t give you a feeling that the price isn’t just a high pressure tactic. Struggled with not canceling the contract in the 3 days allowed to do so, but obviously stayed with it.
Install: What an awesome team! 6 hrs and they were done. Very helpful with questions, efficient and very personable.

We had ongoing issues with Bathworks that we thought were finally resolved several months ago. However, our shower caulking started growing mold/mildew - six months after they caulked it. We scraped the old stuff off and found it was wet underneath. For the amount of money they charge, we expected to have (at the very least) a professional caulking job. Nope. We had to do it ourselves. Added to all the other problems we had with them, we would heartedly NOT recommend.
