I appreciated Jeff and the time he spent explaining the product and the installation. I called him several times over the last few days and he always took my calls and addressed my concerns. Just ordered a bath to shower conversion from Bathworks. Saw them at a Home & Garden Show in Lansing. Sales Rep Jeff Johnson was great. Very thorough, answered all our questions, & gave us options according to our budget. The pricing, product, & reviews helped with our decision to move forward. Can’t wait for the work to be completed!! Will update review when work is completed.

They did a great job on the installation and Tex the tech was awesome. Only complaint was not finishing in one day like they said it would. Other then that, great job

Your guys came out and did an excellent job. Both had great personalities and were very friendly. They transformed something that was very old dated and ugly into something beautiful. I highly recommend BathWorks to anyone looking to improve their tub/shower.
