Management promises the moon and then sends in the technicians who have to try and deliver. In the process we got barraged with texts and calls to give them 5 star reviews before the project was done. At completion we were left with banged up ceilings and scratched walls that needed repair. Eventually things were repaired – shout out to Joyce who came and made things right on that.
