The crew was professional and friendly. The unit is nice. Easily accessible. The only drawback was the walls. We ordered black on white and got brown on beige. Disappointing.

I would recommend BathWorks of Michigan for any shower installation work. The salesman that worked with us was great! We could not have asked for better installers. They were courteous and professional. They kept us informed during the installation. The only drawback was the lag in time from order placement to installation. It was over a month. But, if you want the job done correctly with a lifetime guarantee on the work - call them.
