I had a great experience regarding the installers Nick and Curtis. However, the salesman neglected to go over the small print in the contract and led me to believe things would naturally be included, but on date of install I was told we're not. Mngmt rectified problem, but lesson learned.....read the ENTIRE 9 pages of contract, as salesman leave pertinent information out when going through it. Otherwise, great install from kind quality workmen.
