Bath Works came in and took our old tub and shower and replaced it with a new standing shower, new shower walls, new fixtures, and plumbing in 5 hours. Bathworks installed a new walk in shower for my parents who were not able to safely use their previous tub. The process was quick and the finished product looks great. I originally posted that we loved this product but after about four months we aren’t happy at all. There was a huge bubble in our back sheet piece. They came and replaced it but we’re worried it will happen again. The other issue was that when they were fixing the bathtub they cracked the tile in our floor in two different places. When we asked about them fixing it, they said they wouldn’t because it was the fault of the floor.
