We had ongoing issues with Bathworks that we thought were finally resolved several months ago. However, our shower caulking started growing mold/mildew - six months after they caulked it. We scraped the old stuff off and found it was wet underneath. For the amount of money they charge, we expected to have (at the very least) a professional caulking job. Nope. We had to do it ourselves. Added to all the other problems we had with them, we would heartedly NOT recommend.
Bath works is an amazing company to work with from start to finish!!! Designing my shower to my exact needs was a piece of cake, they were super friendly and walked me through all of the options. They communicated often with updates and reminders of our scheduled install. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous! It is exactly what I needed! Replacement walk-in shower project. From first visit to finish, frequent communication and clear description of the demolition and install process. No hidden fees, etc. On-time start. Clear instructions. Cleaned-up well.
