Before work was started the technician reviewed the entire job and made suggestions based on years of experience! When I mentioned that my wife and myself had tried his suggestions but with short term results he went ahead with a more permanent solution to the problem! We are very happy and delighted that we now have a permanent fix to our problem and that it looks much better with the application of silicone seal around the perimeter of the access panel!
