We recently had our walk in shower replaced by BathWorks. We were impressed with all aspects of their operation from Andy in sales, to Anna in the office, and installers Alex and Jason. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions you have and keep you up to date on your shower install.. We had an unexpected surprise after the removal of the existing shower, but Don worked with us to come up with a perfect solution quickly. We love our new and larger shower.
Brayden and Tyler arrived on time. Both were very polite and professional and a pleasure to have working in my home. Brayden was very knowledge in all aspects of the demolition of the old shower and the installation of the new walk-in one. His interaction with Tyler, a new trainee, showed he is an excellent installation trainer as well. My new walk-in shower looks great. I highly recommend BathWorks, they have a great product and equally great installers.
