Beautiful! Very happy with final product - a beautiful new shower! The high quality is just what I wanted. Bathworks made the process clear and easy. My sales person, Westley was extremely patient with me! I sure tested him with all my questions. The showroom staff was also patient and very helpful! I had a great experience regarding the installers Nick and Curtis. However, the salesman neglected to go over the small print in the contract and led me to believe things would naturally be included, but on date of install I was told we're not. Mngmt rectified problem, but lesson learned.....read the ENTIRE 9 pages of contract, as salesman leave pertinent information out when going through it. Otherwise, great install from kind quality workmen.

Both installer’s were friendly and kept us informed as to what was happening and asked us were we wanted shelves and grab bar placed. Overall great experience and job well done.
