DJ and Max were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing. Through no fault of theirs, they were unable to do the repair to my expectations (as it had been explained to me by a previous employee whom is no longer affiliated with the company). Salesman explained everything. Wonderful (and funny) Jenny would keep me up to date on things. The two gentlemen were here at 9 am and cleaned up and gone a little after 3:30pm. They were a joy to work with and did an incredible job. Turned out even better than i imagined. Made sure things were tarped off to protect my floors and carpeting they walked on. Left my bathroom probably cleaner when when they came. It was a pleasure working with everyone I came into contact with.
We just had our shower replaced and absolutely love the new one.
Alex and Cody were our installers and we had so much fun with them.
My ONLY complaint is that the new shower cost $13,000! We signed the papers and then saw commercials offering 50% off installation. I still have not received any response from my request fir that same deal.
