My home is 17yrs old and in a large subdivision. We had a hail storm and a bunch of fly by night roofing companies swarmed the neighborhood. They were and still are dropping shingle bundles onto customers roofs to bake in the sun for weeks before work starts, which damages the shingles and negates their warranty. If you believe the roofing process is just slapping on shingles, you are sadly mistaken. From start to finish, Batterbee Roofing had our best interest in hand. Communication was and is key. Our representative, Rhett, took his time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were never rushed. The office staff was readily available and updated us periodically.
