I cannot say enough positive things about Batterbee! Beginning with my Sales rep Michael to my field supervisor, Matt, everyone went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! They are higher priced than some other companies, but well worth it for the professionalism, great products, service and peace of mind with their platinum warranty. You won't regret using them for your new roof!
Ms. Towne, It's good to hear you had exceptional service from Michael, Matt, and everyone else at Batterbee Roofing. Thank you recognizing all those involved & the 5-star rating. The platinum warranty is the best way to go! We truly appreciate the opportunity to install your new & beautiful roof.
Batterbee provided exceptional service in all aspects of our transaction. Charles succinctly summarized the suggested actions to include good photos of the areas to be worked on. He described the work, materials and costs in detail. Chris arrived on time on the agreed date and performed all work. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He had advanced equipment and was done in the amount of time expected.
Batterbee personnel followed up to check with me as to any issues.
