We needed repair to a leaking roof Vent Pipe seal and inspection for other possible concerns. They were prompt and on time for the appointment and did a great inspection with video showing other potential problem areas. They did not try to upsell us to a total reroofing. I feel the quote was reasonable and scheduled the necessary repairs. The leaking seal was temporarily caulked to prevent further leaks before they could do the work. I had received an email from another company offering me a drone inspection of my roof. After the inspection I was told I had hail damage and was pressured to sign for a roof replacement which I did not do. I called Batterbee and they performed a complete inspection and found I did not have any damage. I am so grateful I called Batterbee. They will be my roofers when it is replacement time

I called Batterbee roofing about warranty claim for Tamko shingle warranty. Jason showed up and said yes, the shingles are bad and should be under warranty and he would get the information to me to about filing a claim and then NOTHING. I have texted him at least four times after he said he would get the information to me as soon as he got to a computer. Well, I called the office on 08/25 1:10 PM and spoke with someone that said a sales manager or Jason would get in contact with me, guess what? ... Read more

I am so glad I chose Batterbee to replace my roof. Everything was completed in one day. They made sure to clean everything around the house oncw finished. The sales associate Jeremiah, was such a sweetheart. The site manager was a really cool guy and very professional. Found out he was a Packers fan like my husband. Welcome to the cookout, Travis! 👍🏽
