5 Star rating. Highly Recommend Batterbee Roofing. Our salesman, Jermaine Roberts did an outstanding job. From our initial contact, to several in-between customer service follow-ups, with a complete discussion/presentation about our quote and project expectations. Personally, as a sales professional of over 40 years, I give Jermaine a 5 Star for overall Customer Service. Our project was completed on June 3 & 4, 2024. As scheduled and on-time. What a fantastic job! And it takes the right kind of professional team and Batterbee Roofing excelled in all areas! Michael, sales representative; Ivan, field supervisor; office staff and workers did a great job beginning with selecting the color and materials we wanted for our roof (Michael), communication (Office Staff), prep prior to roofing, supervision and clean up after job was done (Ivan). Thank you Batterbee for a "stress free" roofing project!

Our sales rep Jason and the installation crew lead Ivan were both exceptional. The crew completed our roof in one day and did an excellent job of protecting our property and landscaping. The clean up was excellent and we were thrilled by our selection of Batterbee for our replacement roof.
