We contacted Batterbee regarding a leak we noticed around our entryway. The office staff was very professional and able to schedule an appointment the next day. Michael came out did a complete inspection of the roof area and assured us that the roof was in good shape but suggested we contact a stucco company because there was stucco chipping around the entry way and perhaps that is where the leak is coming from. After being bombarded by multiple roofing companies, most of which wanted to go after my insurance company, I decided to call Batterbee Roofing. Charles Carson (area sales manager) came to our home and wanted to check the condition of the roof. I expected the pitch for a new roof, but other than the damage that was fairly minimal, he found that the rest of the roof was in good condition, and they could make the repair and get a few more years out of the current roof. Batterbee Roofing was not known to me a month ago. Today, I know this company very well and that is why I gladly give them a 5-star rating.
