They took steps to make sure all nails were removed; however, when my husband mowed yesterday, he got a nail in our tractor tire. They took steps to protect shrubbery and cleaned up after themselves. Jason the Sales and Service Representative presented an extremely detailed and educational product presentation. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I answering the many questions we had concerning the materials to be used, the installation process, ideas for color selection and the warranty. We felt very comfortable moving forward with the roof installation.

My experience with Batterbee has been nothing short of excellent. Anthony Bax came out to examine our roof for leaks. He was thorough, honest and professional. Repair costs were very reasonable. Repairs were completed a few days later. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Batterbee. Highly recommend!

Sales with Chris was great, spent a lot of time explaining the entire process. Communication was great from start to finish. The double crew of amazing workers were here to have our roof finished before severe storm was expected! Clean, professional, thru the entire process. I recommend them without hesitation!
