4 stars is a little low but there was no 4 1/2 starts. Anthony Bax was a wonderful salesman, explained the entire process and worked to bring the cost into my budget. Because of vehicle and logistic issues, the mesh was not put down around the perimeter as I was told it would be. A tarp was put on the driveway for the scrap trailer but no one covered my AC unit. I have nothing negative to say about Batterbee.......Workers worked hard and did a good job cleaning up the messes around the house.

Right after Hurricane Milton we contacted Charles Carson for a roof assessment. We had extreme confidence that we would be in good hands with Batterbee, as we had a very positive experience with them when we needed some roof repair on our former home. So, it was pretty much a given that we would be using them for our roof replacement.
