All employees were very professional and polite.
My only downside of the job is that when they had the person come out to do the estimate…..he didn’t count in the Shingles for my two deck roofs. So there was not enough shingles ordered for those. I ended up having to decide on colors that they had in stock at that time. The Roofing crew was great!
From my first phone call to the final inspection, it was obvious that I was dealing with a professional responsible company. Michelle, John, and Chris explained every thing, answered questioned, checked to make sure I understood the process and generally treated me as if I were a member of the family!
I would recommend Batterbee to anyone considering any project regarding your roof!
