I believe that I have a quality roof from Batterbee and my install crew was fantastic, however they have some practices that are not only condoned but encouraged by their sales department that are definitely not consumer friendly. (That is the nicest way I can put it.) I would suggest that anyone doing business with them record the entire conversation with your salesman.
