The team (and I) were faced with many challenges due to the impact of COVID. At the time we received timely and consistent communication both verbal and written. When the team arrived their was ongoing watchfulness for thoroughness and to ensure quality workmanship with quality materials. I will, and have, recommended Batterbee and the team from the front office staff through the installation team to my friends and neighbors.

We worked with Rhett (office rep) and Matt (field supervisor) on our roof replacement in mid December 2023 in The Villages. They were very responsive and provided updates and great follow-through. The job was done on time and the work crew was exceptional about the whole process and they were set up to be in complete control of the messy tear off phase. They have work estimation/quotes, installation and clean up down to a science. We highly recommend this company for roofing needs.

Quality service. Of 3 quotes, Batterbee’s was the lowest with the best quality materials and warranty. They finished tear off and clean up by 11:00 am. The installers arrived with the materials by shortly after noon. They were completed, cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. They covered my landscaping with tarps and went over the lawn and driveway with an industrial magnet to pick up nails. To this day 5 years later, I’ve not found any nails and I’ve not had issues with the roof. I would definite... Read more
