There were some minor setbacks in my project: an unexpected chimney rebuild and new cap, a couple pieces of lost soffit and fascia that had to replaced, and the gutter job, which was subbed out to a gutter company that had to be scheduled, then rescheduled, but the employees at Batterbee were courteous and professional throughout the process and were willing to keep me informed and reassured about delays. The final product was excellent and I am very satisfied with all the work done.
