We very much recommend Batterbee Roofing as they do an excellent work from start to finish. The initial presentation of roofing options by Michael was well-prepared, informative, and low pressure. The roofing crew led by Ivan were professional, polite, neat, quick, and team leader Ivan kept us informed as the job progressed to completion. The job was done in two days. The crew took great care shielding our landscaping as they removed the old roof and they protected our driveway while the project... Read more

The roof was done very efficiently and I was very happy with the crew that did it. The only drawback was that I was told if I recommended other people to have their roofs looked at that I would get a monetary reward. I did this but then when I inquired later there were added stipulations that were not mentioned before hand. Maybe I was mistaken on what the stipulations were. But all in all the work on my roof was fine. If there are still gift cards I would choose Outback.

Lawrence, It's great to hear that the work on your roof was done efficiently and that you were happy with the crew that did it. There may have been a miscommunication regarding how the reward program works. We are more than happy to talk further about how it works. Thank you!
