You left 4 leaks and did nothing to fix them. You send your worker to check on the incompetent work you did and then disappeared. I have written to you and given 2 choices. Either you refund the $ 1000 I paid you or I will go to court and have the judge tell you to pay me back. In the second case, you will not only have to return the deposit but also the court case and any lawyer fees. Your choice. I want an answer/money by the end of November.

What a smooth experience I had with Batterbee Roofing when I had them install a solar tube. Jeremiah Delgado came to inspect the house beforehand and answered many questions. Chris came in to install the following week and did a fantastic job! This seems like a very customer-centered business! Highly recommended!
