Very poor customer service. They present gift cards that they refuse to honor. No apology and very rude to customer.
BATTERBEE ROOFING installed shingles of poor quality, in my opinion. A self inspection the day after installation revealed 60+ areas over the entire roof with black asphalt spots having no colored granules. BATTERBEE management takes no responsibility for the quality of the product they install.
