Professional from the start. Deteailed explaintion from the sales rep to the finished product. Some items are note worthy,. Due to supply chain it is lenghty (10 weeks) from contract to finished product. Once you are notified they are ready to install, communications picks up to almost daily information. I asked for someone to come out for an estimate on roof repairs and Sam was wonderful. On time, very professional, friendly and thorough. When he was up on my roof for the inspection he helped clean the leaves off that had been there for months. And the information Sam gave me was so helpful in my understanding of my roof situation, including the short term and long term options. When I'm ready to get a new roof I will definitely use Batterbee and will call on Sam.
