They always showed up when they said they would, kept me in the loop via email and texts letting me know where my order of shingles were and when they would be starting my installation. On the day of installation, they kept me updated with what they were doing and if they were finding any damage to my wood under the old shingles. From start to finish Batterbee was exceptional. My sales rep Rhett was always available when I needed him and followed through on everything we discussed. He was there until the job was complete. The job supervisor Steve was on top of things at the job site and kept me informed of all I needed to know each day.
