Here are just some examples: the job scheduled before yours may take longer than expected due to unforeseen issues such as decking repairs or material delivery delays. In addition, HOA or ARC approvals can also have a significant impact on scheduling, either moving an installation forward or pushing it back depending on approval timing. While these situations are not common, they can occasionally affect the overall schedule.
