Communication was great from all levels of the company from Michele in the office to the field supervisor Chris and the project manager Freddy. Very professional, on time, clean and organized. Excellent Job! I signed my contract in Oct/Nov for Batterbee to install my roof, however due to back order of shingles in was installed first week of Feb. The office staff was excellent and called me regularly with updates on my shingles. It was the coldest day we have had and crew arrived on time to work in the cold. Batterbee Roofing is a top notch company, the salesman Rhett was very good in explaining all that was going to be done. The crew was on time and did a great job. Manny the foreman was very good in keeping me informed about what was going on. Would use them again and refer them to anyone needing Roofing work.

The entire Batterbee team is wonderful. Batterbee came through when others wouldn't.
