A new roof was installed as per agreement with a 30 year warranty for material and labor. Crew came on time and put catches all around our house. Old roof removed and two underlays installed then shingles. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. 8 men on the job so completed in one day,

This roofing company is absolutely TOP NOTCH! The customer service is amazing. I’ve never seen anything like it. Calls from the staff to make sure you’re happy, calls from the service manager before and after the appointment, a box of thank you cookies in the mail. And the work was done quickly. I contacted Jason at Batterbee Roofing to complete a roof inspection just to ensure there were not any issues since the roof is 9 years old. I have had my roof inspected twice previously by Jason with no issues. This time, it was determined that there was a warranty issue and Jason immediately initiated the process to file a warrenty claim that was ultimately approved.
